Although GrapeCity is a fairly large international company, locally it doesn't have the employee benefits of large companies in the area. A deep organizational hierarchy of a large company and generally doesn't facilitate career advancement. Not much opportunity to propose new ideas and act on them. Tends to put more responsibility on existing people rather than invest and hire.
