- Profits go to support a religious missionary family to support their lifestyle and also open and support Christian missions; profits are not returned to employees in bonuses or anything - The leadership in Japan does not seem to care about the company, only making money and supporting their religious mission - The leadership in the US is inexperienced and remote from most employees - Poor decisions are made to save money, and then more money is spent on other poor decisions (like "let's build a new office when everyone likes our old one but lay off these other people in the meantime")
