      Awesome team culture and with a supportive leadership team! Graphic has a beautiful corporate office offering great onsite perks (cafeteria and workout center). Graphic offers a ton of growth in great collaborative environment.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
