      Awesome pay for some of the easiest work I've ever done, co-workers are some of the greatest people your will every meet.

      Cons

      Not respected by new management, used to the greatest place you could ever ask to work, they Just don't care about the older hands that actually made the company what it is

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
