Upper management could care less about you. Morale is in the toilet. Rotating shifts. Managers communicate poorly and will dump weekends on you last minute when they've known these weekends needed to be covered for months. Little if any chance for promotion unless you're part of the clique. HR & managers are not to be trusted. Pacific, MO plant is not a good place to work due to poor management team. Cameras all over the plant not used for safety reasons as originally stated but are used to spy on employees & apply discipline
