      Pros

      The pay is great and if a manager likes to hang out with you outside of work your golden. If you like to be treated like a machine and not a human it's great.

      Cons

      The management is poor. Poor production planning. Quality and morale are extremely low for all employees. The Union is a waste at this plant.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
