Pros
There is room in the salary ranks for someone with no degree if you are willing to work hard and sacrifice.
Cons
The almighty dollar has driven the company to demand to much of the salary employees. When you are told that you must carry a cell phone all of the time, (even on vacation), it borders on the insane. You have no time to yourself. In my mind, no amount of money is worth becoming a slave. They don't care what you know as long as you know who to call.
