If you're a temp here you mean absolutely nothing to this company. I was a temp for almost 8 months and they ended my assignment without reason. I attempted to find out from their HR department and they refused to speak with me. My attendance was near perfect with them and I had recommendations from my supervisors and coworkers. Their scheduling is a nightmare and it's completely inconsistent. You have no say if you want a specific day off outside of their overtime you're given. I was a temp and had no vacation so I would have been without a chosen day off for my entire time as a temp (8 months) then another year added to that before I even got my week vacation. Lastly, I worked at the GPI in Solon Ohio. If you're white, you will be labeled a racist. This has been the case with every white person here. Even the management. The employees are by majority race baiters.
