Pros

Great Pay, Ok benefits and wonderful people to work with.

Management in printing is horrible, it's sad when you have people with over 15 and 20yrs experience quitting their jobs since he's been there. I've been here over 10 years myself and I've NEVER seen the turnover rate in printing be this high! He micro manages his supervisors and can't seem to keep any of them long term! The supervisors don't seem to be allowed to have a mind of their own, they work in fear all the time! Now it's gotten to the point where they're hiring just anyone to be a supervisor in this department, people from Walmart, and then they wonder why quality is so terrible! Common sense says hire people who know what they are doing not people you have to tell them what to do. They don't seem to hire women in the skilled labor departments! I think I've seen only three in printing and two in cutting!

- Toxic work environment - No work/life balance - Overtime/weekends expected - Overtime “available” (required) - Unofficial company motto is “Do whatever it takes” - Not eligible for annual bonuses (Hourly Workers) - Hourly pay increase based on standard increase of role company wide, not based on individual performance (Hourly Workers) - No annual performance review to document employee success (Hourly Workers) - Annual pay increase not guaranteed - No incentive to improve individual performance - Vacation days don’t roll over into new year - Requested vacation days may be denied even though they don't roll over into following year - High employee turnover (especially warehouse employees) - Employees undervalued - Disorganized management - Lack of communication from upper management - Poor overall benefits - High health insurance premiums/deductibles - May renege visa sponsorship without reason - No end of year holiday bonus, just a free Turkey/Ham
