bullying at work - Multi Roll Support Graphic Packaging International Employee Review

i have worked for graphic for 6 years now and started with a positive attitude towards the company. quickly realising it was an ill managed establishment where most people are unprofessional in their work conduct. any issue you have is "NOT" taken seriously and work related bullying and unacceptable conduct and undue pressure is the day to day norm. i have informed the union of these practices and will be taking matters further as i have been a long term victim of "WORK RELATED BULLYING " i have nothing positive to say about this establishement and it's employees conduct, and i am frankly baffled by the poor and childish conduct of it's management and operation.
