      All the overtime you can hope to have... Stay in your lane and its an awesome place to work. You learn who you can and cant talk to.

      Some people choose to work high or while drinking. Everyone is on a different page. They talk of family.... Only if your family

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
