      Cons

      12hr shifts. Production numbers 1st. Quality 2nd. Pay scale is horrible! New employee with no exprience makes the same pay as an employee that has years of experience.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
