Pros
The benefits are unbeatable, and there is opportunity to move up so long as you’re willing to relocate.
Cons
The company’s culture is absolutely terrible. There is a culture of delegating that begins all the way at the top with upper management where most of the work ends up on the coordinators’ shoulders. I was essentially performing both my and my HRM’s jobs, and was thrown under the bus when the HRM underperformed.
