Pros
Great shift. 12 hr days, 3 on, 1 off, 3on, week off. Rotating days and nights. Good life balance. Decent rate.
Cons
Some jobs can be stressful/difficult. The stress comes from having to QC check at speed. 12 hrs can drag when you're in, especially toward the end of a week. Pay is decent as they pay unsociable hours bonus, about on par if slightly under with anyone who does the same. You can progress in your career but I found there to be limited opportunity for that.
