      Pros

      I had a varied day every day. I'm still talking so some of my customers after being gone for 5 plus years I worked in the plant in Stone Mountain, GA

      Cons

      I was given many jobs, I learned a lot at each position. Once I got into Customer Service there was no more advancement.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
