      Management leads by fear of your job a point system for being late or calling in because of an emergency or sicknesses is a joke no insentive just do it or else kind of job

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
