      truble shooting was a challenge every day because I was all over the plant and hade to work fast to get machines up and running as quickly as posable.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
