      The pay was good and there were several problem solving opportunities.

      Cons

      There was a lack of growth possibilities unless you want to go into operations. The management team was highly disorganized and would constantly try and shift attention to others mistakes. There a horrible work life balance.

      Could be a great company again.

      Was a great place to be, I loved working there, flexible, management was great..then the bottom dropped out last year.
