      Pros

      Employees that are making the product, really care about what they are doing.

      Cons

      Management is dictatorship that cannot own their actions, or lack of action. They seek good people only to do their level best to traumatize them and break them. Not a good fit for anyone that knows their job.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
