      Pros

      The pay good, and it's an awesome learning experience. The majority of the people are extremely helpful and willing to work with you.

      Cons

      At this mill, there is a very high turnover rate. The EIs do not take pride in their work therefore causing issues with it in the future.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
