The only thing good here is the pay.

Constant employee turnover rate. Management doesn't care about you. They convince you to move to new positions with the promise of 8hr shift instead of the 12hr new hire shift. 8hr shifts work 6-7 days a week (not told about). They never advise you on how to complete your work successfully, but always on your @$$ if you get behind. Supervisors don't really care what happens during shifts. OSHA called regularly from employees about all the hazardous work conditions, but they stop production to fix this issue before OSHA makes it to the production floor and clam an ex-employee must have called in lies.
