No pros - and I have worked for many large international companies, so I really do know what I am talking about.
Cons
Sexist, misogynistic men abound - hiding behind a guise of "it's just a joke, haven't you got a sense of humour?" Management are immature and has zero leadership skills. They will walk past desks of the direct reports a dozen times a day for weeks on end without even a greeting. No training programme, you are expected to pick up complex systems which all have a variety of ways of being used and the person "training" you change day to day and even hour to hour so there is zero continuity. Ask one person and they say X ask another and they say Y. Passive-aggressive emails are sent to entire teams rather than speaking to the people who need speaking to so the bad behaviour of some continues unaddressed whilst those who are doing their job are just doing more and more to take up the slack.
