Pros
As a machine operator the Starting Pay was alright, you also have opportunities to level up 5 times. Each time you get an increase in pay, that’s after completing the necessary training and passing a test. You can only do that by consistently meeting your OEE.
Cons
If you didn’t meet OEE no matter what the reason, management would be on your case. Even if you received bad material they want you to make it run without issues. Some times you would be assigned machines that were running terrible, and you’d better be prepared to have a bad day. All these issues affect your OEE, and supervisors don’t care about that they just put the blame on the operators.
