Pros
There really are no pros to working here. They talk a good game to get you hired but there is no follow through on their promises.
Cons
Management promotes by favoritism, not by merit. They are looking solely for "yes men" types who will go along with whatever they say and not think for themselves. Promotions and raises are non-existent. Morale is low and the culture is horrible. You are asked to come up with solutions but whatever you suggest is shot down.
