      Cons

      Bullying managers creating and keeping up a boy's club culture. Management look after each other and nobody else. Women are there to do what the men say and nothing else. Everyone is in the clique until someone decides they want to pick on you and asking questions gets you shown the door. Gon downhill over the last few years.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
