If Graphic buys you out, be prepared to leave. They will close down the plant once they get everything workout with their main plant locations. Another disadvantage is the management stays the same. So if you have bad management it doesn't improve and Graphic doesn't work on it. You are left out when it comes to training, you just jump on board and hope for the best. Graphic trains but your manager is the one that hears about. So make sure you manager knows what is going on. Mine didn't and cost me a lot in the long run.
