The people I worked with were awesome. I learned a lot about the industry and got to be around a lot of excitingly high tech equipment
Cons
In terms of salary employees, 8011 is over managed and incredibly political. 20% of the people end up doing 80% of the work 100% of the time. Takes 2 years to fire someone who didn’t do a second of work and it takes longer to promote someone who is actually doing their job.
