      Continental shift pattern so lots of time off Good colleagues on shift Activities planned through out the year with prizes Quality bonus at the end of the year

      Cons

      No canteen, just a room with fridges, microwave and seating. Night shifts can be hard

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
