      Everyone working to a common goal and mission Strong sustainability focus Opportunities for employees to get involved Leadership is approachable Great healthcare and 401k New employees are welcomed by long tenured employees. New ideas are welcomed.

      Cons

      Long hours at times Maternity and paternity leave policies need enhancing. They are behind many global and domestic companies . Hourly employees are treated well but can work long hours.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
