      Pros

      I have been at GPI for more than two years and have experienced firsthand how important culture is and how special it is at GPI. We value people and their growth. Our product achievements reflect a commitment to innovation, sustainability and a customer-centric approach.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but we have grown tremendously in the past decade organically and through acquisition. Growth brings the need to change (systems, functions, processes) which can be a challenge if you like the status quo.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
