Pros
I have been with GPI for a number of years at this point and have worked at multiple of their locations throughout the country. I like the challenge of the work that I complete on a daily basis and the support I receive from the leadership team. Not every day is perfect, but I get to work with some pretty amazing people that make the hard days easier. It is also great that I get to see what our company makes in the store. Knowing we are making sustainable products is also a bonus!
Cons
As a new employee coming in, there is a large amount of information to learn about each job and expectations are high. Continuing to improve the onboarding process will help in the learning process.
