Employee morale was suffering when I found a better position with another company. Management wanted to continue to push hard for results but would not provide the support or makes changes necessary to allow for an increase in results. Pay is weak. They even tried to retain me after I put in my two weeks but my new salary was "above their pay range." There has been significant turnover since I left. The younger CHL has taken over since the old man passed recently.
