Pros

Small mostly quiet office environment with little to no micromanagement. Get to work mostly in solitude. You get a nice spacious desk and cubicle. Thorough ongoing training program with supportive and friendly trainers that make you feel welcome. Most people there are friendly.

Cons

Lightly challenging job that has some complex scenarios with each call. There is a lot to learn. Some of the people that work there are mean in subtle ways (insulting, condescending, evil looks). Angry customers yelling at you over the phone. Overtime is hard to work because you have to do it with someone else. Location is inconvenient for driving and public transit. Management and HR is dishonest and indirect.
