      GAIC adopted a position of innovation and flexibility based around realizing a profit and protecting the company from adverse results. There was a great deal of innovation expected from all positions.

      Cons

      Probably the most difficult aspect of my experience were on limited products available in the marketplace and an antiquated automation system.
