Corruption - Project Manager Great American Insurance Group Employee Review

Upper management corrupt and dishonest. Don’t value good employees who know their job and care about what they do. Bring in people less qualified and pay them a lot more. Lots of Nepotism going on. They pride themselves for having high morals and values but it’s just not true. Saw a lot of corruption first hand. Many things they make you sign in an anti corruption each year they are doing. I put this information in my exit interview and never was contacted if that tells you anything.
