Pros
Great culture that supports work life balance. Great coworkers who are easy to work with and team players. Company has Great owners and a reputation that makes me proud to work there. My direct manager is wonderful and takes the role of servant leader to heart.
Cons
Regular downsides to working at a corporate job; feels a little monotonous, meetings that could be emails, going into the office when you could have done the same work better from home, lack of flexible work schedules like part time options (does have a hybrid work schedule).
