Pros
- advance the mission of classical education to the K-12 charter sphere
Cons
- there are ethical issues throughout the organization from the lead office to the academies - very limited opportunities to advance, or to grow in compensation. You can expect raises that won’t even keep up with inflation. - most of the executive/senior staff does not care about classical education - the CEO, CFO, and COO live outside of Arizona and Texas. No wonder why there are so many communication and culture problems. - they will overwork you - very much of a good ‘ole boys club - the top of the organization is bloated - the top of the organization is deceitful and will quickly cast you aside for personal gain - one of the most unhealthy and unorganized work environments I’ve ever been a part of. - most don’t truly care about helping to create and support thriving schools in Title 1 communities. Seriously, go find another classical school to work for.
