Thank you for your feedback. Great Hearts does provide excellent benefits (medical, dental, etc.), with employee premiums that are significantly below the national and regional averages. As of the 2024-2025 school year, we have increased the salaries of our current and new teachers. We will look at our benefits package to look for areas to continue to improve. We acknowledge that there are always areas of improvement for Great Hearts, including retention and recruitment of experienced and highly competent administrators. As with any school leadership role, the leadership competencies at Great Hearts are broad in scope, and in addition, we value leaders who bring the classical liberal arts vision to bear on the culture and community. That broad scope is challenging for any one person to balance, but the network invests fully in leadership development and also utilizes faculty and family surveys to help leaders develop a greater awareness for the areas of growth. Moreover, the majority of our leadership and administration team started as Great Hearts teachers. As our network continues to expand and grows, we train and promote our teachers interested in leadership positions. So advancement of our teachers is something we truly support and believe in.
