Thank you for taking the time to provide your candid feedback as it relates to your experience as an employee at GreatAmerica. We have many wonderful things to enjoy here and I agree with you that our senior leadership is one of them. Hard work, integrity and excellence are a few of the values woven into the foundation and culture here at GreatAmerica. We appreciate your perspective that “middle management is still learning/growing”, making it slow at times to move things forward. From our perspective, adding new leadership roles within the organization is one way we continue to invest in our people. Promotion from within is a critical aspect of our culture, but we know that in order to maintain the strong team-based environment where ideas can flow easily we must have strong training programs for our leaders and organizational processes. In combination, these assist in providing support for moving things forward. Thank you for this feedback, we truly appreciate it. As a result we will continue to evaluate our New and Tenure Leadership Development curriculum and our organizational systems, such as our Idea Forum, to ensure our team members do feel strongly supported by both so they may get their ideas across the finish line. While we promise this action, we would encourage you reach out to us at applicant@greatamerica.com if we didn’t fully address your concerns or if you would like to provide additional feedback. Thank you for your time and the contributions you made while at GreatAmerica!
