Pros

Work hours were just what I was looking for. Upper management was open to communication, friendly.

Cons

Communication could be improved. Hard work for little pay. When on medical leave the company dismissed my position with no position to replace when returning.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
