If you are looking for a place that will have overtime, this is the place for you. Most production staff start at 11.50 an hour. If you are in an incentive based position, you can earn over 20.00 an hour depending on what parts or job you have.
Cons
Dirty and the culture of the management does not support a quality of life for someone who has a family. It is not always easy to get time off. Too many "voluntary" work days. Say no to one, you will be forced to work the next one. Not enough staff to support a fair rotation of time off. Some departments/shifts follow a 10 percent of staff off at a time rule and others will let off the favorites or run themselves short and want other shifts to stay late or come in early to help support them.
