Pros

Biscoe location great facility in past adminstrations. Past owners were involved supporting plant requirements. This was accomplished by keeping the pay scales competitive.

Cons

Current management does not support employees always threatening with replacement. Management involvement with daily operation is due from the firstline supervision lack of knowledge to support first line employees. Who must train employee to preform function on equipment/process that has no experience.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
