Pros

Has a good upper management (GM) with Great potential. Leadership team committed to succeed. Company has new ownership and vision hoping to change operation.

Cons

Plant tries to run beyond plant capacity and capabilities. Downtime dominates even under good leadership because operation has not learned how maximize throughput.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
