Pros

Easy work if you pay attention to detail and don't mind getting wet. Weekly pay. They do have health benefits.

Cons

Very poor pay for work performed. Health benefits are high for your out of pocket deductible. Must work Saturdays and Sunday when management tells you. As I said you MUST! Upper management have no consideration for the lower workers other obligations to their families and home life.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
