Pros
The organization truly cares about each and every employee, and takes care of its workers as if they were family. There's a reason why people rarely leave the organization on bad terms (if ever), and past employees often return for company happy hours and other events.
Cons
The pace is very fast. Priorities can change on a dime, and sometimes weeks-long work done can be flipped upside down and require redoing (in part or in full). This tendency and other issues such as low professional growth opportunities lead to high turnover rates.
