Pros

Management is innovative, has an open door, and is takes time to get to know us, the employees, as people with thoughts, ideas and opinions. They truly care about me, and my well-being. The benefits are second to none ... from all the stuff you would expect (insurance, PTO, an outstanding 11% match on retirement, etc.) to an onsite Wellness Center and Cafeteria, to fun perks such as free lunch Friday, wine after five events, food truck Friday, holiday parties, team-building events, to walking clubs, local league softball teams and so much more. I've made amazing friends at the UICCU, have seen my career grow over the years, and there's no other work environment I would rather be in.

Cons

Not a con per see ... The UICCU is a progressive and growing organization. If you're seeking to a job where you can sit back and coast, this is not the place for you. If you thrive in a fast-paced, progressive and ever-changing environment, this is the place for you!

Pros

They pay well and the benefits of insurance are good

Cons

They lie. They say you can do overtime in the posting you can’t. No one ever talks bad about the company it’s really weird. Their system is terrible you have to type ck on the keyboard to accept a check. Mouses exist ya know. No I am not good in the finance world but this place is awful. Also don’t believe their flexible time off even if they let you take a day they’ll make you feel bad for it there was one woman who had surgery it went bad and had to take two weeks off and only got paid for one what the hell? Pay for the next one . They have you work 6 days a week but less than 40 hours. Don’t do it.
