      Pros

      Very transparent organization, especially in upper management - what you see really is what you get. GreenState expects a lot from their employees and the compensation package handsomely rewards those that work hard. If you are looking for a career without boundaries, I highly suggest GreenState Credit Union.

      Cons

      Not a con per say but if you don’t want to work hard and give your best each day, this organization isn’t for you. There is no room for complainers, whiners or anyone that isn’t giving 100%.

      They pay well and the benefits of insurance are good

      Cons

      They lie. They say you can do overtime in the posting you can’t. No one ever talks bad about the company it’s really weird. Their system is terrible you have to type ck on the keyboard to accept a check. Mouses exist ya know. No I am not good in the finance world but this place is awful. Also don’t believe their flexible time off even if they let you take a day they’ll make you feel bad for it there was one woman who had surgery it went bad and had to take two weeks off and only got paid for one what the hell? Pay for the next one . They have you work 6 days a week but less than 40 hours. Don’t do it.
