Not much room for professional growth in this particular office. Management claims they want to support career development, but their actions suggest otherwise. Administrative staff are regarded as replaceable and management gives only the attorney's word any value. Harassment claims are not taken seriously...expect to be assigned the blame for any disappointment you voice with the firm.
