Pros

Employees are not micro-managed , however the expectation from them and other employees is when you come to work you work and take pride in your product. Best manufacturing employer in my life to have proudly worked for. Great support network, not just from the company but also from fellow employees. Fantastic employee benefits.

Cons

Lower the deductible for health insurance. Re-introduce profit sharing.

I too, am proud to be an employee at Greenheck, and it's always great to hear when others feel the same. Thank you for sharing your great experiences while working at Greenheck. Your feedback on hiring more women is well-received, since that is something we are working towards. Manufacturing is historically a male-populated industry, but we are looking for ways to attract more women to the industry as well. If you know of anyone that might be interested, please direct them to our website at careers.greenheck.com. Health insurance is always a tough subject for employers, and Greenheck re-evaluates our rates yearly to ensure we can offer our employees competitive rates. Thank you again for your feedback and I wish you luck in your future endeavors. Sammi HR Specialist

Pros

Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

Cons

If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
