Users say... "They management is poor and don’t care about the employees" "Upper Management is not completely organized and they tend to find a way to make it your fault" "You have to earn what is called PTO time which is 56 hours per year versus 80 hours of vacation with most other companies." "Worthless middle management, toxic coworkers that aren’t disciplined, lame Union, terrible supervisors in most plants, ineffective managers in most, no bonuses, 10 and 15 minute breaks, huge divide between management and shop personnel, if you’re in the union good luck getting off of the shop floor, unappreciated for extra effort, company will never air condition the shops even tho we make those units."
